Davis Odd Fellows Installation & Awards Dinner

Dine - Celebrate 2024 - Change Leadership - Dance

Our annual installation and awards dinner will be held on Saturday evening, 1/25/25, in the upper hall. Doors open at 5:15pm and dinner will be served at 5:45pm. The cost is $10 for members/pledges and $15 for non-members/guests. Please RSVP by January 12th so we can plan accordingly.

Payment can be made with a credit card through Eventbrite (an additional transaction fee will apply), or by check or cash. Checks should be made out to Davis Odd Fellows Lodge #169, with your meal choice of Beef or Veggie Bourguignon noted on the memo line. If paying with cash, place it in a sealed envelope with your name and meal preference. Check and cash payments can be given directly to our Financial Secretary, Beth Dovi, or placed in her mailbox at the hall.

Dress: Business Casual to Semi-Formal preferred but not required

Time: Doors open at 5:15pm, buffet dinner served at 5:45pm

Menu: Beef bourguignon, veggie bourguignon, roasted potatoes, roasted veggies, coleslaw, bread, dessert.

Note: Please bring your own beer, wine, or other beverage to share

Evening Program: Dinner; Installation & Awards Presentation; Dancing with Cold Shot

In appreciation of our lodge and in celebration of his retirement, member Terry Toy has arranged for Cold Shot to perform following our installation. The music will begin around 7:30pm, so please stay, dance with us, and enjoy additional treats from Upper Crust Bakery, courtesy of Terry!
