David Rodigan ist seit über 40 Jahren eine Legende der britischen Reggae- und Dancehall-Szene. Er begann in den 60ern mit Ska-Musik, arbeitete bei BBC Radio London, Capital Radio, BFBS und Kiss 100 und sendet seit 2012 bei der BBC. Sein Sohn Jamie Rodigan wuchs mit Reggae und Dancehall auf und entwickelte als DJ, Produzent und Radiomoderator seine eigene musikalische Stimme. David Rodigan has been a legend of the British reggae and dancehall scene for over 40 years.
