Zach Lorenson – Bass
With Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Education from Friends University and Kansas State University, Zach brings both knowledge and groove in equal measure. For over 22 years, he’s been holding it down across the Wichita music scene, performing everything from jazz and rock to classical and beyond. A seasoned educator and versatile performer, Zach is the kind of bassist who doesn’t just support the band… he elevates it.
David Lord – Guitar
A Wichita native with a lifelong connection to music, David Lord began at the piano before picking up the guitar and forging his own sonic path. A composer, performer, and educator, he’s spent decades shaping a distinct voice that blends genres with intention and artistry. Founder of Air House Music Academy, David has been teaching since 2000 while directing jazz and guitar ensembles and mentoring the next generation of musicians.
His work has been featured in respected publications like Downbeat, All About Jazz, and Bandcamp Daily, and his latest album “Way Over The Rainbow” not only showcases his evolving sound but also launched his own record label, Cloud Ear.
Together, these two bring a dynamic, thoughtful, and groove-driven performance you won’t want to miss.
