CHAD WACKERMAN is a phenomenally skill jazz and rock drummer. He played with Frank Zappa, then with long term collaborator Allan Holdsworth. He is currently touring with James Taylor. Chad played on Barbra Streisand’s ‘One Voice’ album and video, and recorded or toured with artists as diverse as James Taylor, Steve Vai, Andy Summers, Steven Wilson, Men At Work, Ed Mann, Albert Lee, Colin Hay, Dweezil Zappa, Pasqua/Holdsworth/Haslip/Wackerman Group, Terry Bozzio, Carl Verheyen, David Garfield, John Patitucci, Jennifer Batten, Joe Sample, Robbie Kreiger, and Banned From Utopia.
Guitarist & composer GRANT GEISSMAN played the iconic solo from Chuck Mangione’s 1978 pop crossover hit “Feels So Good” and was a founding member of that band. With many Grammy-nominated solo albums, Grant is also known for his TV work and co-wrote the music for all 12 seasons of “Two and a Half Men,” as well as all 6 seasons of “Mike and Molly.” He was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2004 for co-writing the Two and a Half Men theme song. Grant has recorded with Quincy Jones, Burt Bacharach, Elvis Costello, Van Dyke Parks, Brian Wilson, Inara George, Joanna Newsom, Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band, Paula Abdul, Ringo Starr, Keiko Matsui, David Benoit, Placido Domingo, Luis Miguel, Julio Iglesias & on numerous film scores.
JOHN PEÑA is a veteran bassist on the LA studio scene, and has recorded on countless hit records with the top artists of our time. Originally from Puerto Rico and based in LA, John is in tremendous demand for his perfect feel for funk, rock, pop & Latin styles. He has toured with the Crusaders, Joe Sample, and Larry Carlton, and is a member of Los Lobotomys.
At the helm, will be popular keyboard artist DAVID GARFIELD, founder of LA’s popular fusion group “Karizma,” which launched such great musicians as Carlos Vega, Michael Landau & Vinnie Colaiuta. David will take you on a musical journey through many of his popular recordings (over 15 CDs), and instigate a fiery and dynamic evening of completely exciting performances from all members of this group. Satisfying audiences around the world for more than five decades, this evening will prove to be a musical event you won’t want to miss.
