As summer makes its way to Northwest Ohio, Dave's Running Shop has been busy making plans for the 2024 Metropark Mondays open run/walk events. This is a fun and great way to move those legs with the Northwest Ohio running and walking community all summer long. Dave's Metropark Mondays is much more than just a run or walk...* Cookouts on the first Monday of the month with burgers and dogs provided by Dave's Running Shop (we ask cookout attendees to bring a dish/dessert to share)!
* Shoe demos every third Monday of the month! A chance to come out and run or walk in the latest shoe models from some of the top performance shoe companies.
* Raffle on the cookouts and shoe demo evenings!
* A 3ish mile marked course in one of the areas beautiful Metroparks. Or feel free to jump into a speed workout with one of our training groups.
