Eurythmicsi Dave Stewart esineb suvel esmakordselt EestisSel suvel jõuab Dave Stewart legendaarse Eurythmicsi muusikaga esmakordselt Baltikumi. Tallinna kontsert toimub 20. juulil Alexela Kontserdimajas ja kuna kogu Euroopas toimub vaid üheksa kontserti, on tegemist tõeliselt eksklusiivse võimalusega. Piletid on müügil Piletilevis.
Dave Stewarti kontsert on kahtlemata unikaalne võimalus lõpuks ometi kogeda elavas esituses legendaarse Eurythmicsi muusikat ja megahitte, mida juba 80ndatest ja 90ndatest peale armastanud ja nautinud oleme: “Missionary Man”, “Thorn in My Side”, “Love Is a Stranger”, “Who’s That Girl?”, “There Must Be an Angel (Playing With My Heart), “Here Comes the Rain Again”, “The Miracle of Love”, “I Saved the World Today”, “Would I Lie to You?”, “Sisters Are Doin’ It for Themselves” ning loomulikult “Sweet Dreams “Are Made of This)”.

For the very first time in Estonia: Dave Stewart to perform Eurythmics hits
In the midst of summer, on July 20, Dave Stewart will perform for the first time in the Baltics at Alexela Concert Hall with the legendary Eurythmics classic catalogue.
As part of this project, only 9 concerts will take place throughout Europe, so the choice of Tallinn is comparable to a miracle.
It will be, without exaggeration, a unique opportunity to finally enjoy in a live concert the iconic Eurythmics hits that we know well and are in love from the 80s and 90s: Missionary Man, Thorn in My Side, Love Is a Stranger, Who's That Girl? There Must Be an Angel (Playing With My Heart), Here Comes the Rain Again, The Miracle of Love, I Saved the World Today, Would I Lie to You? Sisters Are Doin' It for Themselves and of course Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).
The multi-talented, instrumentalist, performer, composer and producer Dave Stewart, together with the no less gifted charismatic singer and musician Annie Lennox, formed the duo Eurythmics in the early 1980s, which over the course of 10 years of the main activity created a series of hits that have not lost their freshness even today and are at the same time considered iconic. At that time the band was something of a UFO. With its androgynous looks, seductive synth-pop, thundering rhythms and steely vocals, Eurythmics revolutionized the dancefloor, selling over 100 million albums worldwide. The chemistry between the two artists, who began as lovers, is complete. Lennox is an impressively charismatic narrator, while Stewart transforms chords into experiences and melodies into raw emotion.
With the blessing of his longtime creative partner Annie Lennox, who no longer tours, Stewart has created a group that unites professional musicians and singers. Stewart has chosen the talented Australian singer-songwriter Vanessa Amorosi for the role of the main soloist, while he himself has limited to his usual guitar playing.
"Choosing a band made up of exceptional women is my way of paying tribute to my great friend and collaborator Annie Lennox," comments Stewart.
Speaking about the forthcoming dates Dave Stewart shares:
"I can’t wait to be back on stage again with the incredible Vanessa Amorosi and my amazing band for these European shows. We've had a blast over the last year or two, playing more than 60 shows across the US and Europe, and the reaction blows the roof off each night. It’s like we’re all in a mass celebration of these EURYTHMICS songs I love to play, and that have become a part of each audience member’s life story. I’m really looking forward to doing it all over again this summer.”
Thus, those wanting to hear the band’s classic tunes played in concert should consider catching Stewart’s Eurythmics feat. Vanessa Amorosi tour, which sounds like a pretty good option given the rave reviews.
