For the first time, our Final Edit of “Daughter of the White River” will premier at CALS Ron Robinson Theatre in downtown Little Rock, Saturday November 22, Noon til 3 pm!
Tickets: $8 at the door, cash or check. Students, $5. Discussion with Team Helen and Q&A after the 50-minute film. DVDs of the film will be available; plus books ("The River Sisters") for $10.
This event is the latest in a series of venues to raise funds to complete our documentary-in-progress: "Arkansas: The Jasper Chronicles."
We will have music by our partner in fun, S. J. Tucker, plus a short excerpt from our tribute film-in-progress to Jasper White-Williams -- a Team Helen O.G. and River Person to the core -- whose life & art we honor as part of The Helen Spence Project's continuing work to bring River Culture to the fore.
