Dating Smart - A Course on Healthy Dating for the Young Crowd

This course is for those who are 14-19. This workshop is designed to be engaging and interactive. Please ensure your child can participate fully without distractions. If needed, please take a look at "Friendology" for those 6-14 years old.

• The power of self-awareness: Learn your attachment style and love language and how that looks in healthy and unhealthy ways. Be okay with setting expectations and them be met.
• Building a strong foundation: : Get clarity on your functional and emotional needs and how to communicate them. Taking ownership improves confidence and self awareness.
• Relationship readiness: Understand your personal and shared values so you aren't settling for less than what you desire in a relationship. Be concrete in your self-worth.
