This workshop in Amsterdam explores attachment styles and dating patterns through embodied practices and nervous system work.

Are you in a relationship and noticing the same arguments, the same triggers, the same distance showing up again and again and you are ready to change the pattern?

These are not flaws. They are adaptation strategies. Ways your nervous system learned to survive.

The intention of this workshop is to help you 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: romantic, friendships, family, work. The focus is on practice, not just theory.

We will briefly explore the foundations of attachment theory and then move into what actually creates change:

✨ embodiment practices

✨ nervous system regulation

✨ communication experiments

✨ gently rewiring old relational patterns

This is not a lecture, it is an 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 where you will:

💫 practice processing past attachment experiences that felt destabilizing

💫 experience what secure relating actually feels like in your body
