*Soup: Driftless Organics potatoes, cheddar, rashers & chives
*Salad: Charred romaine, parmesan, croutons, black olives & Ceasar dressing
*Entree (Choice of one): 1. Deutsch family farms Pork shoulder and Ham w. Dijon mornay sauce. 2. Hanger Steak with creamy peppercorn sauce.
