Friday Night Date Fight is a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu designed for couples of all kinds. Think of it as hands-on couple's therapy. You’ll explore communication, trust, and awareness with your partner while learning simple but practical self-defense movements through guided drills.

No experience required. Come ready to move, laugh, and connect in a welcoming environment.
