Join James and Trista Davis for an evening of breathwork, thoughtful discussion on relationship challenges, and the cultivation of deeper connection. Through synchronized breathing exercises and a heart-centered breathwork journey, you'll open your heart and deepen your relationship.
This event includes a brief discussion, a 60-minute breathwork journey, and integration exercises. Whether you're new to breathwork or experienced, full instructions will be provided to ensure a meaningful experience.
During the breathwork journey, you’ll be lying down, and we provide mats and props for your comfort. The price covers both partners, so there's no need to register separately.
For the best experience, we recommend attending on an empty stomach. Please avoid eating 60-90 minutes before the session.
