About this Event

Collecting data is easy.

Collecting the right data-and using it to center the young people you serve-is harder.

Join fellow out-of-school time professionals for an engaging learning session exploring how organizations can build meaningful data practices that move beyond attendance counts and participation numbers. Together, we will examine strategies for measuring community need, understanding sustained youth engagement, and advancing equitable access to programs and opportunities.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify the data that truly reflects youth impact
  • Measure engagement beyond headcounts
  • Assess community needs through an equity lens
  • Use data to strengthen programs and decision-making
  • Center young people's experiences.
