Biography
Marlena is a strategic cybersecurity executive with a proven track record of transforming information technology into business value. With extensive experience bridging the gaps between business and technology, Marlena has delivered significant value through transformational projects and innovative solutions.
Currently, Marlena is the Director of North America Customer Success and Field Delivery at Protegrity. As a previous Protegrity customer, she pioneers transformational opportunities to deliver value quickly to Fortune 500 organizations leveraging security as a business enabler.
Prior to Protegrity, Marlena worked at Humana, Leidos, and Lockheed Martin. She holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and is a certified SAFe Agilist, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Greenbelt in Lean Process Management.
In her free time, Marlena is actively involved in community leadership, she served as the Vice President and President of the Society for Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Eastern Iowa Professional Chapter. She has received numerous recognitions, including the APEX Award nomination, Special Recognition Awards, Development Acceleration Program Recognition, and VIP Woman of the Year from the National Association of Professional Women.
