Data Driven Decision Making

This module explores the role of data in your leadership and decision-making. Participants are invited to follow a manager as he uses data to improve the performance of his team.

Specific topics include:

• The usefulness of data as a leadership tool

• Asking the right questions of the data

• The importance of considering all of the data and the data in context

• Being aware of your own biases when interpreting data

• Unintended consequences of KPI’s on employee behaviour

• Managing your stakeholders to ensure the data meets your needs

• Using lead indicators to intervene early
