Data-Driven Coaching Conversations

Data is a powerful tool for coaching conversations as we work to create meaningful opportunities for teachers to reflect on what is working and enhance their  instructional practices. Data-driven coaching conversations provide space for teachers to examine what is working and not working for all students and to make a plan to move forward. Creating and facilitating these conversations requires a deep understanding of both the data being examined AND methods for effective communication and collaboration.

This session will support coaching conversations by exploring the data we have, how we use data in collaborative coaching conversations, and the language we can use to create space for our teachers to reflect and grow.

Who Should Attend:

This session is designed for coaches, department heads, team leaders, administration, and anyone who supports teachers in examining student data.

What to Expect:

We will spend time in this session thinking about

• creating authentic opportunities for coaching conversation by starting with the right information 
• how to use a variety of types of student learning data to drive effective coaching conversations
• language stems to guide data-driven conversations that support reflective practices

Pay via Invoice

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund.

Please note this event will be held in person. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered. Thank you for your understanding and enthusiasm for our commitment to in-person engagement.
