Data Discussions is like the post-conference happy hour real talk transformed into the event itself. Real, sustained and honest conversations with industry leading thinkers and practitioners about the opportunities and challenges in our industry. Being in such a dialed in group of experts and peers having open and wide ranging discussions was both enlightening and cathartic. A great place to demystify industry hype, learn a ton, network with great people and make lasting friendships. Totally different and better than the typical 'watch powerpoint, get coffee, rinse, repeat' cycle of data conferences.

One of the best parts of the Data Day Texas was the Sunday discussions - cutting-edge conversations that emerged as experts shared new ideas and watched them evolve in different directions throughout the day. Many of these discussions continued well after the conference was over. An entire conference built this way is unheard of, and I'm really looking forward to this new event. BTW: I expect tickets to sell out fast, so if you plan to go, jump on it quickly.
