Are you ready to have the best lunch you had in a while? We've got you! On the 10th of September Miho from Mochi Mochi, and Konomi from Bageriet Brød are joining forces to prepare a treat for you guys!
So what is it? Dashi Maki Sando - A soft fluffy japanese style sandwhich made with Shokupan and Dashi Maki.
DASHI MAKI: a juicy omelette cooked by Miho from @mochi2_tokyo. Cooked with a kombu and bonito broth, which gives the omelette an extra softness and a little bit of smokiness.
SHOKUPAN: A fluffy Koji milk bread made by Konomi @sveakko. She uses koji as a starter, instead of commercial yeast. The rice used for the koji, has been grown by Miho's family in Chiba.
Pop-up starts 12:00-sold out.
