Dasara dolls or the ‘Gombe Habba' is a very unique tradition practiced during the Dasara festivities. The dolls are arranged depicting various scenes from the epics namely the Ramayana or the Mahabharata. In the olden days this ritual was practiced in ever other household in the old parts of Bangalore. But today sadly with the advent of modern life style not many have the time to set up these displays.
Bengalurubyfoot takes the guests to view Dasara dolls at a few places in Basavanagudi. Come know more about the different displays “Pattada Gombe” (Raja Rani dolls) as well as other rituals associated with these dolls.
A veg snack is also included.
The walk duration is of about 2.5 hours.
