Start with a welcome drink, then dive into understanding your coffee beans—discover how flavour is influenced by species, variety, origin, processing method, and roast profile. See the roaster in action, participate in a “cupping” (tasting), and learn vital steps to get the best from your beans at home.
After the event, take home a freshly roasted bag of coffee to enjoy at your leisure. We can't wait to welcome you to the Mill!
