Join us over the Dark Mofo festival for our Sunday sessions on the Rooftop.

Our chef’s are taking over the rooftop with a grill menu designed for grazing. From tasty BBQ skewers and buttery charred corn, kick back with family and mates to enjoy as sharers or snacks.

We’re teaming up with the award-winning Four Pillars over Dark Mofo to offer a range of deliciously sinful gin cocktails.
Or if wine is more to your fancy, Tasmania’s own Ricky Evans, founder of Two Tonne Tasmania, is showcasing his favourite premium Tassie wines.
