The NEXT install of the seasonal DARK Events will occur this upcoming Halloween evening. Our first annual meeting of Vampires, Werewolves & Slayers was a smashing success, so we have decided to bring back the “peaceful” middle ground for the esteemed creatures of the night. However, now the rules have changed: things that may have been forbidden at our initial meeting may now be in play… with consent. We invite you to step into our world and come dressed to play along with our performers, in this "safe" middle ground for all creatures.
For this event, DARK Events returns to Continental Club to accommodate our best sold experience of the season. Start the evening off by interacting with roaming creatures of the night and a b0ndage performance from Twisted Windows. The main Variety Show features aerial acrobatic performances by our in-house troupe, The Dragonettes, as well as performers from Misfit Cabaret, Displayed Labor Sideshow, Flux Vertical Theater, DAM Circus, Strange Onstage + MORE. Stay after the main show for a costume contest + dance afterparty.
Costumes are highly encouraged, so please come as a vampire, werewolf or slayer. Guests dressed as the above will get more immersive opportunities.
The night features dancy beats by Veteranø.

Halloween Show is ONE NIGHT ONLY: Thursday, October 31st, HALLOWEEN
Time: Doors at 7 PM, Main Show at 8 PM. Show will end around 10 PM
The Continental will remain open until 2 AM and feature their own afterparty. Guests are welcome to stay and enjoy.
TICKETS + REFUNDS
We offer ticket tiers for all levels of patrons:
General Admission: Standing room for the main show.
Seated Tickets: A seat on the main floor for the evening
Booth Seating: Enjoy a private booth on the main floor. Each booth seats up to 6 guests.
VIP Balcony Table for 2: A front row balcony table for 2 for the evening
Sales are refundable up until October 22th.
ALL of our previous events have SOLD OUT so make sure to get your tickets in advance.
LOCATION + PARKING
Continental Club is located at 1658 12th ST, Oakland CA. The club features a remodeled interior with multiple areas to roam and explore, including a balcony, front room, and rooftop. The venue features an LED wall screen, 17 foot rig point, and unique ambiance.
Continental Club offers a FULL BAR selection as well as a FOOD MENU including tacos, tater tots, and other delicious items. Food is served throughout the event.
The club is located in Oakland's lower bottom neighborhood. There are plenty of street parking options. Please be courteous to the neighbors as you enter and leave the club. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR.
