Throughout the day, we will move intentionally through grounding rituals, guided meditations, shadow-light journaling, herbal witchery, and ceremonial practices designed to reconnect you with your inner authority and innate power.

We are honored to be joined by Shay, who will guide a somatic movement experience focused on reconnecting you to your body’s wisdom. Through gentle, intuitive movement and breath, this practice supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence — helping you reclaim safety, power, and trust within yourself.
This is not performance — it is permission. Permission to move as your body needs.

The day will close with a deeply restorative sound bath journey, accompanied by Reiki energy work offered by Shay. As sound waves wash over you, Reiki will support energetic clearing, grounding, and integration — allowing your intentions and inner shifts to anchor fully into your body and spirit.
