Ring in the New Year with Dark Desert Highway Eagles Tribute. Experience the timeless music of the Eagles, Joe Walsh, and Don Henley as DDH performs favorites like “Hotel California,” “Take It Easy,” “Desperado,” and more.
A three course dinner is included with ticket purchase. Dinner includes:
Appetizer: Charcuterie
Selection of imported fine meats and cheeses. Served with fig jam, candied walnuts, and crostini. (Can be made GF)
Salad: Heirloom Caprese Salad
Heirloom tomatoes, fresh whole milk mozzarella, and pesto. Garnished with balsamic reduction and basil. (Vegetarian, GF)
Entrée – CHOICE BETWEEN:
Pancetta Chicken - Braised bone-in chicken breast with crispy pancetta and veal demi-glace. Served with duchess potatoes and lemon asparagus. (GF)
Kona Brisket: Cracked pepper and coffee rubbed, slow roasted brisket accompanied by Yukon domino potatoes and braised baby carrot and fennel bulb. (GF)
Ratatouille Burrata: Zucchini, squash, eggplant, and tomato arranged in a rich tomato sauce. Served with Burrata cheese and herb garnish. (Vegetarian, Vegan upon request, GF)
Dessert – – CHOICE BETWEEN:
Flourless Chocolate Torte: Finished with mixed berry compote and cinnamon whipped cream (Vegetarian, GF)
Berry and Custard Tart: Vanilla custard in a graham shell topped with macerated fresh berries and whipped cream.
Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar- Topped with vegan espresso mousse. (Vegan)
