Your Change Management experience is a punchy one-day workshop designed to blend the powerful research of Dr Brené Brown with change management best practice models and tools.

1. Understand change management and the Aspen Change Management Framework for success

2. Complete a Change Assessment to determine scope, readiness & risk

3. Understand Dr Brené Browns four key skills of courage and how to leverage these as change influencers

4. Maximise sponsor and stakeholder groups utilising the BRAVING model of Trust.

5. Complete a Barriers to Success Assessment and plan strategies to overcome resistance to change

Your learning experience is supported through pre and post work activities to help you imbed and deliver your own change project.

Pre-Requisites

The Change Management - Daring to Lead through Change workshop is designed to augment the courage skills of Dare to Lead™ Trained Participants by overlaying specific change management tools. For this reason, you must have attended a Dare to Lead™, Rising Strong or Daring Way™ program as a pre-requisite to attending Change Management - Daring to Lead through Change.

Meet your Facilitator Team

Anna Ranaldo is a Dare to Lead™ (CDTL) and Daring Way™ (CDWF) Facilitator. With a diverse background within Shell International and PricewaterHouseCoopers Anna's international experience spans roles in leadership, organisational development and change management. Anna is passionate about creating courageous, change agile workplaces. Clients include Telstra, Supreme Court of Victoria, Allied Health, Santos, Queensland Education Leadership Institute, and Fulton & Hogan to name but a few.

Leanne Robinson has broad experience in managing complex customer facing operations, with strong expertise in business process improvement and hands on operational experience. With a core focus on building resilience, agility and capability in people through times of change, Leanne holds a Certificate IV in Personal & Business Coaching and regularly engages with leaders and front-line staff through times of cultural and operational change.

Daniel Panozzo is highly respected as an engaging change management practitioner, coach and people leader guiding change with a focus on emotional intelligence and change agility. Daniel is an expert in process improvement fundamentals utilising the Prosci Change Management methodology and Lean Six Sigma principles personal focus on purpose driven living, effective leadership and employee engagement also holding a Certificate IV in Personal & Business Coaching.

Together they have worked with leading organisations across Australia in industries such as telecommunications, aged care, higher education, not for profit, manufacturing, superannuation, financial services and local government.

Both Daniel and Leanne are also Dare to Lead™ Trained and certified as Six Seconds EQ Assessors and Practitioners.
