On Sunday, March 5 at 5:00 p.m., Rev. Rachel Cornwell will come to Grace to discuss her new book, Daring Adventures: Helping Gender-Diverse Kids and Their Families Thrive. Rev. Cornwell is a United Methodist pastor and the parent of three amazing children, the youngest of whom first came out as transgender when he was in first grade. This book is inspired by her journey as a parent and pastor and written to offer support to other parents of gender-diverse kids and their faith communities in fostering more affirming families and safer communities for transgender kids and youth.
