Westpac NZ, CEDA, and UCOL are excited to announce that Dame Sophie Pascoe will be visiting Palmerston North for a morning kōrero.
A Westpac ambassador since 2010, Dame Sophie Pascoe is one of New Zealand’s most decorated para-athletes, with 19 Paralympic medals—11 of them gold—across four Games.
In 2023, she launched her Dare to Dream initiative, travelling nationwide to inspire rangatahi to discover what drives them, embrace their uniqueness, and set meaningful goals—helping them reach for their dreams.
This kōrero, based on Dare to Dream and delivered in a Q&A format, offers a rare chance to hear personal insights into Sophie’s extraordinary career and her thoughts on life beyond retirement.
Doors open at 8:30am. The Q&A session will begin at 9am and finish at 10am.
