About this Event

We all get stuck at times, have moments of doubt, times when every fibre of our being is telling us to do something different, move towards something that lights us up, fills our soul with joy, but for some reason we don't do it.

Maybe we fear the unknown, maybe we fear the insecurity, maybe there is a voice with-in us telling us we are not ready, not good enough and a million other reasons why we should stay put, stay on the safe side of the road and let go of those crazy notions of doing something that will make our hearts sing.

If any of this resonates with you and you have that feeling inside that it's time for you to step through those fears and take a step towards doing the thing that will bring you more joy and fulfilment in your life, then welcome to our workshop on finding and doing more of what you love!

Firstly a little bit about your facilitators.

Barry Brand

Barry is the Co-founder of company called Yellow, dedicated to helping companies care more about people and planet.

He's an energy-boosting creative director and innovation culture builder, a Breath-work and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) facilitator and he is on a mission to make this world a happier place by helping people do more of what they love.

In his long career in advertising, building creative departments around the world he got to learn how to help people unlock their passion, their creativity and let their ideas roar from their soul, it is this experience along with his deep study of energy psychology that has led him teaming up with Justin to create this exciting experiential workshop designed to help people breakthrough what's holding them back from doing what will truly make their hearts sing.

Justin Shill

Justin has been an artist since he was about 5. His father, being a printer, brought home reams of paper which he passionately coloured-in.He continued colouring-in throughout his long career as a graphic designer.

He was introduced to NLP (about 10 years ago) after a bitter divorce and he discovered a whole new set of invaluable tools to help him cope with the stress and strain of everyday life. He took that learning to a coaching level and now, after reaching facilitator level, he has combined these two amazing things to help people deal with their stress and anxiety and live happier and more fulfilled lives. He is also excited to be teaming up with Barry to create a process that will really help people dare to care more about their true passions.

About the workshop.

Myself and Justin have brought together a lifetime of learning that will help you identify your passions and gifts in this world.

Help you understand what gets in the way of stepping into a world of doing more of what you love.

It’s an experiential journey and whilst it not any form of therapy, we will go deep together, exploring the subconscious habits, the limiting self believes that can get in the way of living your best life.

We will use a myriad of techniques, from breathing, NLP and tapping, to guided visualisations, art and laughter.

The whole thing is designed to hack the system, unleash your potential, inspire you and free you from the worry and anxiety connected to really doing what you love and a set of tools and follow up processes to help you stay vibrantly connected to your passion.

You’ll also get to join the dare to care community where there’s lots more support to help you keep doing the thing that makes your heart sing.
