The emotional ambiguity that keeps you in a constant state of alert.
Overthinking every word.
Overgiving to prove you're worthy.
Performing a version of yourself you think will finally be enough.
And so you've armoured up. Skeptical. Careful. Defensive.
And while that’s been your safe island thus far, it’s also become your jailhouse.
Because finding a partner for this life doesn't require perfecting your profile or mastering the right scripts.
It requires something they can never take from you.
A heart brave enough to tell the truth.
A nervous system strong enough to stay present when every instinct screams "RUN."

An in-person, embodied experience for singles who are DONE.
Done swiping.
Done performing.
Done abandoning themselves at the altar of maybe.
Ready to learn how to choose from truth instead of fear.
Because finding your life partner doesn't start the day you meet them.
It starts NOW.
When you decide to listen to your body like it's the wisest counsel you'll ever receive.
When you honour your YES and your NO like they're sacred vows.
When you stay with truth even when it's inconvenient, uncomfortable, terrifying.
When you refuse to disappear into someone else's mould to belong.
And keeping that love when you find it?
That requires another level of courage!
The capacity to stay in connection without defending your territory.
Without controlling the outcome.
Without disappearing or playing games the moment real tension enters the room.
That is why this evening is structured the way it is.
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐖
Once everyone has arrived and the doors close,
we begin together, grounding into the body through a guided somatic dance journey.
This is not a dance class, but dance is a crucial part of the experience and a way to arrive in your body, soften the nervous system, and get in touch with what’s alive within you.
Then the evening unfolds in three guided phases, with a break in between held by live music:
𝟭) 𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆
where you tune into your own sensations, needs, desires, boundaries, and inner experience through dance and music. Because ccross cultures, dance has always been part of how humans connect, bond, communicate. Not through words. But through rhythm, presence, and attunement. This is where you begin.
𝟮) 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
where you get to know each other and yourself, guided by The Path to Love card deck I created as a companion for those who refuse to keep trading authenticity for belonging.
For those who want to build a love that does not cost them their nervous system.
Each category is a gate into a different layer of the human experience -identity, longing, attachment, fears, values, history, and the visions we carry for the future.
Not random prompts to perform depth. But a progressive revealing of the Self.
𝟯) 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱
where we gather in a sharing circle to let the experience land, integrate what surfaced, and name what wants to be carried forward.
Because the point is not only what happens in the room.
It is what stays with you after.
Everything is an invitation to slow down and remember what it feels like to relate without rushing, proving, or editing yourself.
You can always opt in or out, pause, or take space when you need it.
The intention is not to chase chemistry.
It is to build safety within, reconnect with your true Self, and witness what becomes possible when you meet others from that place.

This edition is designed for single men and women who are open to meeting each other authentically, and who are intentional about finding a partner to build something real with.
Rather than setting strict age limits, the space tends to resonate most with people in a similar life stage, looking for a meaningful, committed relationship.
