- Sauvignon Blanc paired w/Julienned Vegetables tossed in a Lemon-Ginger Vinaigrette
- Reserve Chardonnay paired w/Seafood Chowder
- Rosépaired w/Blini and Tomato Confit
- Reserve Cabernet paired w/Beef Tartare with Quail Egg
- Bodyguard Red Blend paired w/Ribeye Steak with a Root Vegetable Puree and Mushroom Umami Sauce.
Reservations are $89 (20% gratuity will be included the evening of the dinner) with a $50 deposit due to guarantee reservation and can be purchased in person at Sip or via Eventbrite.
