Danni Lee Parpan

Danni Lee Parpan is a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter based in Portland, OR. Her latest album, Truth Teller, explores distorted electric tenor ukulele and pushes the boundaries of how instruments are “supposed” to be played. Known for her high-energy live performances and witty stage banter, Danni Lee’s shows have been described as equal parts stand-up comedy and live music. Whether you laugh, cry, or do both, her emotionally charged lyrics will stick with you for weeks. Tonight, Danni Lee will be joined by her full band–lovingly known as “The Dykes”–featuring Juliet Terril on bass, Stephanie Podolak on keys and harmonies, Susie Polasky on drums, and Caroline Shaw on viola and harmonies.
