South African-born, Amsterdam-based comedian Daniel Yazbek moved to a new continent, maintained a long-distance relationship with his therapist, made some fascinating new friends, and began unpacking a wild family history — all while trying not to lose himself in the process.

I’ll Call You Back is a personal, unpredictable, and sharply funny show about identity, survival, and the struggle to grow without ghosting yourself.

Come if you’ve ever felt far from home — or far from your mind.

Yazbek is one of the most promising talents in the Amsterdam comedy scene. He’s sharp, quick, and brutally honest — especially when it comes to himself. Having started stand-up only three years ago, Yazbek is already opening for major international comedians, including a recent performance with Michelle Wolf, Sam Morril and Morgan Jay (on seperate nights, although what a show that would have been).
