Join us for a 90-minute Five Elements-inspired Ecstatic Dance journey where shadow work meets rage room meets sacred movement… and lands in loving integration.
Together we’ll move through a cathartic playlist that dances at the edge of darkness, inviting you into release, expression, and honest embodiment.
