What can we do in situations and contexts where the same problem keeps occurring over and over, and we cannot find a solution within the day to day interventions and tools?
To survive, systems create patterns, and many of these patterns, over time, cease to be functional. The system evolves, but the patterns often remain anchored in a past memory or moment, creating a tension with the present moment that seems to have no straight answer.
For example, if too many things are unclear, a system 'produces' rebels to point out the cracks in the walls of the organizational system. Most of these patterns lie beneath the surface: we feel and see the symptoms of these patterns ('how terrible these rebels are!'), but we do not as easily see the patterns themselves, nor what they are trying to do for the organization.
It’s here when a systemic perspective is required to help the group deepen into his dynamics awareness. This approach recognizes that teams are complex systems with interconnected elements, and by understanding and leveraging these dynamics, facilitators can enhance team performance and awareness.
🔶 In this training, you will delve deeply into systemic and organizational patterns, and we will offer key guidelines for the practice of systemic intervention as facilitators, coaches, and leaders.
You will learn how organizations operate from a systemic perspective. You will begin to understand what systems need in their natural evolution toward more coherent and complete forms.
The goal of this workshop is to awaken your systemic intelligence and intuition, and to harness this intelligence more consciously for the benefit of your teams and projects
🤸🏼♀️ Systemic Perspective: Dancing with the Living Whole
When we look through a systemic lens, we step away from linear causality, personal blame, or searching for individual mistakes. Instead, every symptom, tension, or resistance is welcomed as vital information that the living system produces to signal a need for balance or evolution. By asking "What is happening here?", we invite the team to stop fighting the current and observe the interconnected web of relationships they co-create.
To dance with a system means honoring its natural rhythms, invisible boundaries, and systemic principles rather than imposing rigid, top-down control. Just as living ecosystems self-organize through feedback loops, teams gain resilience when they learn to listen to the "voice of the whole" and allow hidden dynamics to surface. Facilitators hold space as grounded containers, transforming group tension into collective wisdom through experiential process work.
Rooted in indigenous legacy and somatic sensing, this approach recognizes that every member, historical event, and voice belongs to the experience and the field of the organization. By engaging body wisdom and intuition alongside the intellect, we access the unspoken dynamics that quietly shape present outcomes. In doing so, we help teams step out of repetitive, non-functional patterns and step into their highest collective potential.

You will practice landing these natural laws within your own organizations and teams to foster self-organizing resilience.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
This training is for anyone who holds space for groups and wants to better understand what is happening beneath the surface of group dynamics. You do not need to be a professional facilitator or systemic practitioner. If you work with, lead, teach, support, coach, or bring people together, this training can offer you new ways of seeing and responding to recurring patterns.

Previous experience in facilitation or prior participation in training or workshops in integral facilitation is required.

This workshop is the result of over 10 years of experience with teams and organizations across 5 countries—in universities, companies, NGOs, associations, and international networks—that decided to take the leap and work on their internal power and influence dynamics. It's a living workshop that grows from people's experiences and the work of numerous authors and schools that have addressed the theme of power from a perspective of awareness and trust in our capacity to create and cultivate projects and organizations that are more conscious of their dynamics and their role in the world.

🌀 David Villota, a professional facilitator who in 2014 started weaving together threads from across the world—organizational systemic work, process work, dragon dreaming, nonviolent communication, Art of Hosting, and social theater. He calls Bulgaria "his lab," a place where experimentation and transformation are not just welcomed but cultivated. Over the past decade, David has worked with more than 100 organizations across Europe and Africa, from grassroots movements to universities, always seeking new ways to help groups discover their collective wisdom.

For Sashka, this partnership was a natural extension of her own path, which began in 2007 when she discovered the power of nonformal education and facilitation. Sashka embodies the truth that facilitation is not just a professional skill but a life practice—a way of being present to both people and the living world around us.
🌿 In 2018 Albena Popova arrived as a participant in one of their events. What she experienced there resonated so profoundly that by 2023, she had become a co-organizer, bringing 15 years of experience facilitating participatory projects in environmental and educational sectors. Albena is also psychodrama assistant, developer of participatory tools used across EU and African countries, and self-described booklover.
