After a long summer break, I’m now back with the first Dancing with AK event of the fall: Hairography! 💃THE WORKSHOP
The star of the show will be a two-hour dance workshop that is all about hair and how to incorporate it in your dance! The workshop will consist of:
⁃ Warm up with focus on getting the neck nice and ready 💞
⁃ Hair whips, hair tosses and the technique behind getting your hair to dance with you ✨
⁃ Learning sexy choreography with lots of hair whips 💅
⁃ Opportunity to film yourself in the end 🎥
Before we say goodbye for the day, there’ll be time to connect with other the participants, affirmations, asking questions and snacking 🫂
The workshop is open level, so you can join no matter if you’re a beginner or more experienced. The moves can be modified to fit different levels 💕
HAIR WHIPS AND HAIROGRAPHY
There is nothing that can elevate a dance more than a sharp hair whip or sassy toss of the hair. Integrating hairography to a combo, not only makes it more impactful and interesting, but also makes movements look more connected.
There’s an art to making your hair dance with you. There’s many different ways to swing your hair and make it move, each with their technique and timing.
You can join even if you don’t have a whole lot of hair to swing around. The technique section will still teach you how to incorporate head movements to make your dancing look more mesmerizing and sharper. Plus, you’ll still learn a sexy choreo 😘

11.00: Welcome and affirmations
11.05: Workshop with warm up, technique and Hairography
13.00: Closing circle, snacks and hugs
13.30: Goodbye for today
THE PRACTICAL STUFF
The event takes place at STUB 2 at Brobjergskolen, Valdemarsgade 1, 8000 Aarhus C.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear whatever you feel confident in. You can dance with or without heels. I recommend bringing a pair of kneepads or something to cover your knees, as some of the choreo will be on the floor <3
