This Tuesday we’re back at Prospect for the winter period and have our regular RyZen on his decks (also Fresh FM announcer). We start with a 30min playlist to get our bodies moving.Note: we need to end at 7:30pm, but hang around for a group dinner. We head to Al’Mina’s (now on Main North Road, next to Zombrero) for dinner. Al’Mina’s has a good variety of traditional and vegan meals.
So, spread the word and join us for 90 minutes of non stop tunes to get ya winter bods moving.
This is always FREE. The music style changes every week and open to all ages with zero judgement.
