"Dancing Path of Purpose" is a 5Rhythms workshop into the world of physical embodiment, creativity and community. Whether you come out of simple curiosity, in need of healing, for inspiration and intention, or weaving new waves of wonder back into life - this workshop offers a serene space where you can safely explore and express your heart, learning to spread your wings, let your soul soar and fly as you reconnect to your true passion and personal power.
The soul needs sanctuary—a holy, safe haven—a protected place in which to experience awakening, clarity and connection. At the heart of our embodiment journey lies the source of our intuition - our inner compass that guides us through the waves and wonders of life. When we integrate intuition into our movement meditation practice, we create a powerful pathway into the natural wisdom residing within our breath and bodies, allowing the dance to guide us towards a deeper more profound sense of hope and purpose.

A workshop is a good way to deepen your 5Rhythms practice and to be in the support of the group field.
There are no specific prerequisites needed for this workshop only your willingness to explore your own dance.
