Dancing into Wellness is a movement-based workshop that blends dancing, reflection, and group conversation to support emotional, social, and physical well-being.Participants explore stress and wellness through a holistic lens, engage in guided movement to release tension, and connect with others in a welcoming, community-centered space.
No dance experience is needed — just bring comfortable clothing, shoes you can dance in, and an open mind. Come ready to move, reflect, and connect.
