Dancing in the Dark - HIGH ENERGY

Our monthly Dancing in the Dark event is an opporuntity to gather in a safe space and let the music guide you on the dance floor. Come with a friend, or come alone.

The lights are off, the music is chosen by you!!

Let go of your inhibitions and simply move your body in the way that feels perfect for you.

We begin and end each journey with a few minutes laying or sitting in stillness to connect with our own inner space and guidance. An opportunity to make the transition from your day into your sacred space which is the dance floor.

At the end of the evening there is always a treat and herbal tea to share so feel free to stay and connect with our beautiful Dancing in the Dark community.
