Dancing For Birth™ Opening Circle

You're invited to our Grand Opening of Dancing for Birth™ in Rocklin!! We'll meet inside Connected Chiropractic (2205 Plaza Drive, Suite 250) on Tuesday evening, October 4th, from 6:30-8pm.

This is a free class!! Invite a friend; come try it. Our Dancing for Birth™ 6-class session will begin on October 11th.

Dancing For Birth™ is the leading global class for prenatal & postpartum mamas. It's the 'trifecta' of birth preparation: feel-good DANCE fitness, essential birth & mothering EDUCATION, and a CELEBRATION of all things motherhood, all rolled into a weekly class that supports you from preconception to postpartum.

Dancing For Birth™ class is an evidence based birth method, proving to decrease discomfort, increase enjoyment, and allow for optimal fetal positioning. Learn positions for body balancing and moves to reduce labor pains, making birth blissful & more effective.

Birth is just the beginning. Dancing into parenthood with your babe in arms has a slew of health benefits too! Dancing for Birth™ classes develop a baby's vestibular system which affects vision, hearing, balance, muscle tone, and equilibrium. Receiving guidance and support from a Dancing for Birth™ mama tribe also helps to build community and connection, which are two crucial components to thriving throughout the first year of motherhood. Babes worn in carriers are welcome!

Are your babes grown? You're welcome too, Mama! Come share your experience and wisdom with a younger generation of mothers. You never outgrow dancing!

Imagine having a weekly class with a certified birth and postpartum doula, also certified in prenatal and postpartum fitness, with experience, wisdom, and knowledge of all things motherhood spanning over 30 years.
