Open invitation to the next instalment of Dancetopia, an experiential and therapeutic movement workshop for self-expression, holistic health and wellbeing. Dancetopia draws from the healing work of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), offering an inclusive, welcoming and rainbow friendly safe space for all abilities and backgrounds while fostering self-care, creativity and heart-mind connections.
This spring workshop will be facilitated by dance artist, producer/choreographer and therapeutic practitioner, Ben-Hur Winter, who was awarded the Governor's Multicultural Award for Arts and Culture (2014).
Come along to connect, move and be a part of a nurturing community. Limited places so please RSVP and book in advance.
