About this Event
Join us for our original danceSing fusion class. You don’t need to read music or have any previous singing or dance experience. danceSing is a wellbeing class for everyone. Fun, Fitness and Friendship.
danceSing fusion is a mix of singing and dance fitness. The first 45 minute session is led by danceSing's Senior Music Leader, Lindsay Ashworth Fraser. You will learn harmony singing, breath work, vocal techniques and fun warmups to strengthen and increase the range of your voice. Our confidence boosting sessions will also develop your diction and voice projection.
Class repertoire:
- A Million Dreams (Greatest Showman)
- Pokarekare Ana
- Fly Me To The Moon
Nicola Filshie will then lead the second 45 minute session, helping you find your feel good with a low impact dance session, including salsa, ballet, ballroom and a bit of everything in-between.
No experience, audition or ability to read music needed just a willingness to learn and give it a go.
