VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Please read our full terms and conditions below before purchasing your tickets, VIP Package or buying at the door. Purchasing tickets/packages or paying at the door signifies that you have agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
-Time: 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm Day Time Show
-Tickets: Once purchased, all ticket sales, add-ons and products are final and will become non-refundable.
-Please note we are not a traditional bingo.
-All Food and Drinks are to be purchased independently. DANCEHALL BINGO is not responsible for this service.
-Seating is available in all our venues and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are part of a large group that arrives later, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to sit together due to the available space. For those attending in large groups, we recommend arriving as close to the doors opening as possible to increase your chances of sitting together.
-To comply with our DRESS CODE: No tracksuits, Hoodies, Caps, Sportswear, or Manbags. Trainers are allowed. Casual Wear is fine but no gym wear. The following items are not permitted. Football Shirts – Flip-Flops – Sliders – Sweatshirts. An effort is required at all times. No Effort: No Entry event if you have an advance ticket.
-Over 18+ event ID will be required.
-Please be considerate of all around you.
-Please drink responsibly.
-Management has the right to refuse entry and remove people from the premises on the day when necessary.
-We shall not be liable for any costs, losses, damages, or any expenses whatsoever, including but not limited to any liability for travel expenses or any other out-of-pocket expenses, in respect of the closure of part or all of DANCEHALL BINGO.
-Only food and beverages purchased in the venue may be consumed in DANCEHALL BINGO. Food and liquid in open containers cannot be brought into the show.
-WHEELCHAIR ACCESS. Please email or DM us via Facebook before purchasing your tickets to ensure the venue has the necessary arrangements in place for wheelchair access. Please keep in mind that Birmingham Bierkeller shows are on the second floor. This venue does not have a lift or wheelchair access.
-If you are worried about COVID, do not buy tickets in advance. We highly recommend you follow these instructions to avoid any disappointment as once purchased, all ticket sales, add-ons, and products are final and will become non-refundable.
-If you are worried about TRAIN/TUBE strikes do not buy tickets in advance. We highly recommend you follow these instructions to avoid any disappointment as once purchased, all ticket sales, add-ons, and products are final and will become non-refundable.

-Important announcements will be made on Dancehall Bingo Facebook, we can not be responsible if you do not receive emails from third-party ticket companies.
-At these current times of change, we, The Taste and Liquor® Group/Dancehall Bingo have the right to amend an event (times/seating plan/location /lower sound levels/ no dancing/ mask on when standing-walking inside the venue, change of venue, etc…and with up-to-date government rules/laws, etc...) at any time.
-It is your responsibility to understand the new changes set by the government before purchasing your tickets. We are not responsible for this. For up-to-date information please visit www.gov.uk as we can only answer questions related to our event.
-Our event will not be cancelled unless a blanket lockdown has been issued for the hospitality and leisure industry. If this happens your tickets will be transferred to another date only. Refunds will not be issued because of CV19. If restrictions are in place our event will still go ahead under social distancing laws or tickets can be transferred to another date/ can be used at another show as agreed with the promoter. If you do not agree with our policy please do not buy tickets in advance.

You agree that Dancehall Bingo or any authorised third party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising, or publicity material in any format whatsoever. DANCEHALL BINGO® + OLD SCHOOL DANCEHALL BRUNCH is the UK's first event of its kind, established in April 2024; this event is an original event and concept created first by the Taste and Liquor Group.
