๐ ABOUT YOUR GUIDES
Isha Justyna Kostek is a facilitator of movement, music, and embodied transformation. A certified OSHO Active Meditation facilitator and sound healer trained in India, she is the founder of abunDANCE, blending somatic release, ecstatic movement, and ritual to awaken joy, presence, and abundance.
With a background in theater, trauma-informed healing, and equine-assisted work, Isha creates spaces that are playful, grounded, and deeply human, where people feel safe to express, release, and reconnect.
Since 2024, she has been leading Ecstatic Dance Oneonta and Ecstatic Dance Enjoy Troy, igniting dance floors with soul-stirring journeys that honor both depth and delight.
When sheโs not DJing or dancing barefoot, sheโs likely with horses, listening closely to what the body and the moment are asking for. She hosts Equine Assisted Personal Development Workshops with Fire Horse Healing.
๐Laura Baron is an energetic and grounded movement guide with over a decade of practice, including Vinyasa, Kundalini, AcroYoga, and aerial arts. She holds a doctorate in behavioral neuroscience, which informs her interest in how movement, rhythm, and breath shape our nervous systems and emotional lives. Known for cultivating spaces of warmth, equality, and trust, Laura blends playfulness with depth to invite presence, release, and joy through embodied movement.
