Dance ??for the Fun ? of IT! An invite to take your shoes off, release your inner critic and celebrate "YOU" through the joy of free form dance. Th child in you can show up, resulting in an evening of Happy Excitation.....Fun!?Caution: This evening may be a threat to any stress, anxiety, tension, etc. that you may be carrying
?This fun evening is being facilitated by our friend Vincent.
?It will be approximately 90 min and is an energy exchange of $25 (cash preferred)
?Wear what ever you are comfortable in to let your body move to the music and we highly recommend bringing a water bottle.
?There will also be hot Zen Acres Tea available to purchase.
Friday September 20th at 7pm at Zen Acres - 45 King St. East unit 13, Brockville (Parking on King St. and the entrance is on the west side of the building down the side drive)
