Dancing Your Way Through It! - Utilizing the art of music as a medium to healing and restoration. 2 Dance Sessions Saturday, August 27, 2022.

Featuring Consultant - Dr. Sherry Traylor and Psalms Dance and Creative Network, Inc. a Community Arts Dance Program.

Class Schedule includes:

• Part 1 (from 9:30am-12noon). Stretching/Fitness, Hip-hop.
• Part 2 (12:30-2pm), Dance Choreography/Modern Dance.
• Dance Class for Special Needs/Disabled session (10:30 to 12 noon).
• 2pm Dance Demonstration Recital (Open to the public)

Note! All dancers will present their dance presentations on August 27, 2022 at our 2pm at our "Dance Your Way Through it" Dance Recital along with special guest dance teams!

What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothing for stretching and movement. Shoes we prefer dance shoes or socks.

What to bring: Snacks for quick breaks, Lunch $5.00. Or bring your own.
