You are warmly welcomed to join me for Shakti- dancing your shadows 🔥 an invitation to be witnessed in your divine feminine power & to connect more deeply to your intuition, heart & womb wisdom 🙏❤️
By request, I am delighted to be offering Shakti Dance and medicine if council, in the room at Earthlings cafe, monthly Friday’s from 1-3pm. The first date will be Friday 13th March, a date inspired by both the Goddess and Arch Angels 😇
There are 4 dates available to book, more about that at end of this invitation 🙂🙏💕
In Shakti, we descend into our bodies, using our breath & slow conscious movement. We offer what ever sensations we find there, our deep unwavering loving presence (Shiva witnessing) We aren’t trying to fix or and we aren’t resisting the sensations away, instead we allowing them & we TAKE UP SPACE, letting what wants to move, move, whether that’s through tears, words, shaking.. our bodies will show us what wants to be expressed & released. The feeling afterwards is so powerful & expansive ❤️
There will be guided meditations & shamanic journeys, eye gazing (once the trust has been built up) and lots of opportunity to be in council and be witnessed from your heart. My hope is that you’ll be fuelled to become more aligned with your own needs and my knowing is this practice connects us so beautifully to our bodies & our self trust.
The cost per individual session is £25
If you book all four dates there is a discount offered which makes it £88 for the 4 dates available 🙏

Let me know if you are called. Payment confirms your space, if it’s helpful, you can split into 2 payments of £44 for the 4 sessions, first installation confirms your commitment & second one due by 15th April. ❤️🙏
