Dance Your Mindset Co.

This is a 2 hour workshop that focuses on mindset, dance and building a community! The first 20-30 mins will be based on mindset. You will be guided through exercises and activities that promote self-reflection, goal-setting, and positive mindset shifts.

For this months workshop, the topic will be 'communication'. Communication is key for every aspect in life! How does communication correlate with dance? Dance helps with confidence and when you have confidence, your communication improves. We will expand on this further and questions will be asked to help you better understand your own communication skills.
The next hour will consist of a choreographed dance (different styles every workshop - Bollywood fusion, hip hop, reggaeton) to empower you in unlocking your potential and enhancing your self-expression. Because It's wedding season, the style for this month will be Bollywood! This month the style will be performance based, meaning that there will be transitions involved with expressions, as if you were performing at a wedding!

The last 20 -30mins we will come back to mindset and get in touch with our intentions again - how did the dance make you feel? what are your intentions now? how will you take these intentions and apply them to your daily life moving forward? etc)

This in-person event will take place on SUNDAY, JULY 7 at 1:00 PM EST
