About this Event

Come join us for a 6-week session of flowing through dance xxploration, led by Miyani, at 315 E 5th street in Des Moines, Iowa! Build your dance & fitness skills in a judgement free space, open to all! Classes are infused with strength, flexibility, & endurance training, freestyling, choreography, breathwork, & confidence building exercises. All skill levels are welcome! Miyani's engaging routines will challenge you to grow as a dancer while loving every minute of it! No experience necessary - just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
