We are delighted to welcome Dance Facilitator Luna Jenna who is founder of Rhythm and Roots a ceremonial dance practice. Her love of dance offers a deep visceral experience into ancestral roots and inner shifts.

Dance Tribe is a growing and evolving community that is quickly becoming family with open arms in this creative, expressive container.
The atmosphere is one of community, heart space opening, inspiration and joy
We encourage participants to celebrate and welcome in your authentic expression in all its forms.
Dance is ancient and tribal where we shed, we create and move with our visions and intentions. Or we just have fun free form dancing however the spirit moves.
Come be filled, release your inhibitions and dance to your soul’s delight.

Rhythm & Rootz is a ceremonial dance practice. The objective in the way we engage in ceremony is for us all to first firmly ground ourselves into the music through listening, feeling, breathing and being inspired to set an intention.. We will hold on to that intention throughout the experience and dance knowing that every ounce of effort we pour into our physical body has the ability to align with our intention and make a powerful connection from body to mind, and to spirit. This powerful and ancient ritual has the ability to create the necessary shifts that will directly impact that which we desire.
Using an inspiring world music playlist Jenna uses intuitive movements in repetitive form to synchronize the collective energy and to move us as one. When we honor Earth’s past, present and future through community dance we begin to refine our relationship with the land and each other. The gradual and repetitive movements provide the comfort needed for everyone to access the purpose of this practice. Rhythm & Rootz is a welcome home for everyone. No dance experience necessary.
